A Home Maintenance Plan provides you with free cover for scheduled maintenance services, plus 24/7 standby support & callouts for any emergency or repairs. The plan runs over a selected time. All services and maintenance work must be performed by Pelican services.

What are the conditions of a Property Maintenance Plan?

All property types can apply for the Maintenance Plan.

The Maintenance Plan will start from the date contract is purchased and is renewed. Please note that the scheduled maintenance portion of this plan will only become effective 3 months after contract inception.
