A property maintenance plan is similar to a Service plan and a warrantee for your car, combined.

Not only will your property be serviced 4 times a year at no cost to you, but you also get a warrantee that any adhoc repair, such as a roof leak, lock jam, blocked drain, tap leak,etc , will be done free of charge, .....24/7

Why is repairs so expensive

Repairs will be expensive for 3 reasons

  1. You left it too late. Prevention is better that cure. Compare replacing a tap washer to replacing a tap.

You should pay to have the problem fixed not for the services rendered.
