Our  maintenance contract  is a service to maintain and carry out general repairs on all wear & tear property items and to offer a service to landlords/owners/tenants to remove the responsibilities of general maintenance and also to assist with emergency callouts.

Similar to servicing you vehicle at predefined milestones, will we visit and service your home 4 times a year.

We use a predictive maintenance model to pro-actively schedule preventative maintenance . Through this we are able to prevent breakages and prolong the life expectancy of your property items.
