Scheduled maintenance are done  4 times a year free of charge , as part of the maintenance plan

  • All sections are inspected

  • But certain parts are pro actively replaced/restored depending on the  season

 

 

 

 

 

Summer

 

 

This is the time to focus on renovating and restoring the beauty of your home.

Our visit include:

1. All property sections are inspected

2. The parts of the following sections are replaced & restored:

  • Stove pilots- Clean & service

  • Geyser thermostat -Check/replace

  • Geyser element -Check/replace

  • geyser pressure valve -check/replace

  • Piping -Flush system

  • Exterior walls -Check paint for peeling, cracking and coverage*

  • Roof -Check & repair Cracks & leaks*

  • Fascia's -Check paint for peeling, cracking and coverage*

  • Gate -Service Motor & track

 

Winter

 

This is the time to focus on restore the interior your home and doing all renovations

Our visit include:

1. All property sections are inspected

2. The parts of the following sections are replaced & restored:

  • Lights -Check heat damage & operation

  • Ceiling -Remove & treat mould

  • Pest - Fumigate interior

  • Carpets Damage & clean – Optional add- in

  • Interior Walls -Repair chips, cracks & paint touch up

  • Damp - Inspect all walls for rising damp & water leaks*

  • Garage doors -Service hindges & tracks

  • Pool -Check Cracks & deterioration (repair quote)

  • Pool -Check filtration*

 

Autumn

 

 

This is the time to focus on protecting of your home and preparing for winter

Our visit include:

1. All property sections are inspected

2. The parts of the following sections are replaced & restored:

  • Locks -Inspect & Service

  • Fans - Clean & service

  • Doors - General Fit & Service hindges

  • Windows -General Fit & service hindges

  • Gutters -Clear & seal

 

Spring

 

This is the time give your hame a good service

Our visit include:

1. All property sections are inspected

2. The parts of the following sections are replaced & restored:

  • Electrical Outlets & switches -Check heat damage & operation

  • Trip switches -Check heat damage & operation

  • Cupboards -General fit & service hindges

  • Caulking - Check seal on Bath/shower/basin/Zink/Ctop

  • Tap washers -Replace

  • Toilet cistern -Check operation & replace seal

  • Toilet outlet -Check Leaks

  • Basin Outlet -Check leaks & blockage

  • Zink outlet -Check leak & Blockage

  • Floor -Repair loose/cracks*
